The Problem say that The Program needs DirectX Completed Files,The Problem is Happen When You install The Program,this Problem Happens SomeTimes in Some Computers, ADVANT,My Computer is ADVANT,If you Run The Program From the Installed Folder,You See A message Say:The File PCDOGS.EXE Have Linked to the Missing File:DDRAW.DLL,To Fix this Problem you Need Winzip,If you Don't have it Click Here go to www.winzip.com ,If you have it Don't Download it Again,When the Download Fisnished,Install It!!,or if you have it,Here's How to fix The Problem:First,Insert The Cd-Rom,If it Appear From Auto Run,Don't Click PLAY,Click Exit or Quit,Go to My Computer,Click on The CD-ROM Icon By Clicking the left-handed Mouse   Button,You See A menu,Click open,Click on the DirectX Folder,Click on The DirectX Win zip icon,You Can't install it From Win Zip Wizard,Just Click on Win Zip Classic,Choose all DirectX Programs buy Clicking The Left Handed Mouse Button,Don't Click on Them!!!,If you See a Menu When Choose Them,Click Extract....,When The Extract Menu Box Appears,Keep the Check Circle on SELECTED FILES,Choose the 102 Dalmatians Puppies To the Rescue Folder By Clicking On the Folder You Installed the Program into It,When you Finished the Extract,Close All the Files,Click on The PCDOGS.EXE File,Then You See That The Program is Running and That the Problem Fixed!!!!,

Note:Some Windows Versions like 98,don't have in the 102 CD In the DirectX Folder A Winzip Version,You Properly See A View Doucment(Which You View It),Click on it,then click the Left-handed Button,and you see A contectx menu,click extract,Find the 102 dalmatians folder,and extreact the DirectX Folder onto it,the game should run,But Most ADVANT computers take a while to run the fixed game,it may take 1 to 2 or 3 Days,the likelihood is to fix the game without crashing it easily,i have got this myself,without reading some sites to waste time?wasting time?
as soon as you know how,if  you are not fimilar with using  a computer,i suggest you don't follow this,if you are not sure,it's your chance!!!!!

Note:This only happens in some computers that don't have a DirectX Card and a DirectX Driver,the Problem can happen with some computers that have a Voodoo Banshee card.
